All meals are prepared under the supervision of a certified mashgiach (kosher supervisor) who travels with the group and ensures every ingredient and process follows halachic standards.

Guests enjoy three freshly prepared meals a day, including gourmet meat and dairy dishes, a rich breakfast buffet, and themed dinners on Shabbat and holidays.
